AlpenGlow Review is seeking original works of flash fiction of 1,000 words or less. Prose poetry that feels like flash is welcome. Visual art and visual flash fiction, and works that are hybrid in nature, are desired as well. All written text must not extend beyond 1,000 words. Send us your best, polished work.

Submissions are accepted via Submittable only. We are not a paying market at this time. 

Although we try to respond to all submissions within four months, please allow up to six months before querying. 

AlpenGlow Review asks for one-time rights for publication and the right to archive the piece on the website. All rights revert back to the author upon publication, though we do ask that you credit AlpenGlow Review as the original publisher upon reprint.

Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but please withdraw your submission via Submittable upon acceptance elsewhere. 

AlpenGlow Review does not accept any work that is AI generated, work that has been previously published, or translations. All work is expected to be original, unpublished work.
